Partial planning allows you to plan your wedding with the support of Events by K. Typically booked after your main vendors are secured, partial planning helps you to stay on track and organized. You may have questions about vendors or sourcing some decor / rentals. This package includes unlimited contact, vendor recommendations, budgeting help, design recommendations & timeline organization and management. This package includes all services listed in the day-of coordination package below.

Day-of Coordination

This package is great if you have already done the planning, but are looking for someone to handle these sometimes overwhelming logistics of the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day. This package is typically booked about 3 months prior to your wedding. Leading up to the big day, we will touch base with vendors, finalize your timeline, while going over your vision/ expectations for the day. Events by K will handle your ceremony rehearsal, assistance with wedding party day of, any setup need all while keeping everyone on track with your timeline.
